How does paid access work with Page Codes?
GridExtract operates on a friction-free, account-free model. When you subscribe via PayPal, our system creates an alphanumeric Page Code (e.g., OXE-PRO-XXXX) pre-loaded with your monthly quota. The code is delivered immediately to your PayPal email address from [email protected]. Enter the code in the top-right toolbar on any page to unlock full-length document processing.
Do unused page and file credits expire?
No. As long as your PayPal subscription remains active, any unused conversions roll over into subsequent months. You never lose credits you have paid for.
What happens when a document exceeds the free limit?
On the free tier, documents are processed up to 10 pages. If your document is longer (e.g., a 45-page annual report), our engine cleanly extracts the first 10 pages and displays an alert indicating how many pages were converted. Subscribing to Pro unlocks full document conversion up to 150 pages per file.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime directly inside your PayPal account under Subscriptions, or by sending a brief note to [email protected]. Cancellation halts future charges; your issued Page Code remains valid for all remaining accrued balance until depleted.
Can I use one Page Code across multiple computers or team members?
Yes. Your Page Code can be pasted into the toolbar on any browser or computer. The balance is tracked securely by our server whenever a conversion request is verified.
Are my spreadsheets and financial documents stored on your servers?
Never. All documents are processed strictly in volatile RAM and immediately expunged once the spreadsheet response is delivered. We do not retain copies of your files.
