1. Core Commitment: Ephemeral In-Memory Processing
GridExtract is designed specifically for financial, legal, and operational documents. We operate on a strict Zero Persistent Document Storage architecture. When you upload a document (PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF) via our web interface or API, the file resides only in volatile memory during optical character recognition and table structure reconstruction.
Once your tabular data (Excel XLSX, CSV, or TSV) is returned to your browser session, the uploaded file and intermediate representation are permanently expunged from memory.
2. Information We Collect
- Document Data (Temporary): Extracted cell contents, coordinates, and bounding boxes processed ephemerally.
- Transactional Data: PayPal subscription identifiers, masked billing email addresses, and issued Page Codes for credit management. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
- Operational Telemetry: Anonymized conversion timestamps, page counts, processing latency, and client IP addresses strictly for rate limiting and fraud defense.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on tier-one infrastructure providers to deliver our service:
- Cloudflare: Edge routing, DDoS mitigation, and privacy-first analytics without third-party tracking cookies.
- PayPal: Secure merchant processing under PayPal's standalone PCI-DSS compliant checkout.
- Transactional Email (Brevo): Delivers alphanumeric Page Codes directly to your designated email upon subscription confirmation.
