Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the conversion tools, APIs, and document processing capabilities provided by GridExtract Systems Inc. ("GridExtract", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Scope of Service & Page Code Fulfillment

GridExtract provides optical table recognition and tabular data extraction. Our paid tiers operate via alphanumeric Page Codes (format: OXE-TIER-XXXX):

• Pro Subscription ($9.90/mo): 150 document files per monthly billing cycle (up to 150 pages per document). Unused balance rolls over as long as the subscription remains in active standing.
• Team Subscription ($29.00/mo): 600 document files per monthly billing cycle.
• Anonymous Free Usage: 3 document extractions per 24-hour window (up to 10 pages per document). Documents exceeding this limit are cleanly truncated to the allowed ceiling with explicit notification.

3. Subscription Billing & Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis via PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your PayPal dashboard or by notifying [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; your issued Page Code retains all previously accrued and paid page credits until depleted.

4. Limitation of Liability

While GridExtract utilizes state-of-the-art vision and geometry recognition models, optical character recognition is inherently probabilistic. You acknowledge that extracted tables should be reviewed against original records for mission-critical accounting, regulatory filing, or financial audits. GridExtract is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
